Terms & Conditions
These are the terms you accept when you enrol at NeuraPath Academy — the job guarantee and its 50% refund in full, fees and tax, the refund schedule, deferrals, the attendance rule, how you get certified, and exactly what we do and do not promise about interviews and jobs.
The guarantee is published here in its entirety, including every condition and the minimum package figure, because a guarantee you have to ask for the terms of is not one you can rely on.
Written to be read, not to be survived. If any of it is unclear, ask us before you pay rather than after — admissions@neurapath.in.
1.Who you are contracting with
These terms are the agreement between you and the company that operates NeuraPath Academy. “We”, “us” and “the Academy” mean that company; “you” means the learner enrolling.
They apply from the moment you submit an enquiry or an enrolment form, and in full once you pay. Where a written offer letter or enrolment confirmation we have sent you says something different from this page, that document wins for your enrolment.
2.Eligibility and admission
- You must be 18 or over to enrol. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must contract with us on your behalf.
- Admission is by counselling and, where the programme calls for it, a basic aptitude or skill check. We may decline an application — cohorts are 15–20 learners and we would rather turn someone away than take fees for a programme that is wrong for them.
- Any prerequisites are stated on the programme's own page. Some of our tracks are built for complete beginners and require nothing; others expect prior Python or ML familiarity. Check before you pay, and ask us if it is unclear.
- Everything you tell us on the form must be true. Material misrepresentation — a qualification you do not hold, someone else's identity document — is grounds for cancellation without refund.
- A seat is confirmed only when the booking amount reaches us. Filling in the form does not hold a place, and we cannot hold a seat on a promise to pay.
3.How programmes are delivered
Every programme is hybrid. All sessions are live, mentor-led and recorded online, so you can attend from anywhere in India — and learners near Noida may also join optional in-person labs and capstone days at our centre.
- In-person attendance is never compulsory. No part of certification, assessment or interview eligibility depends on being physically present, so nobody outside the NCR is disadvantaged.
- You will need a working computer and a stable internet connection. Live participation is the point of the format; a phone is not enough for the practical sessions.
- We may reasonably change the schedule, sequencing, trainer or platform for a session, and will tell the cohort when we do. Cancelled sessions are rescheduled, shown as cancelled in your portal with the reason, and are not counted against your attendance.
- Curriculum evolves — this is a field where the tools change mid-cohort. We may update module content to keep it current, without reducing the total hours or the scope you enrolled for.
- We may run a cohort with fewer learners than planned, or defer a start date if we cannot form a viable batch. If we defer and the new date does not work for you, you may move to another cohort or take a full refund of what you have paid.
4.Fees, taxes and payment
Your fee, your instalment plan and your due dates are the ones set out in your enrolment confirmation. We publish our prices openly on the programme pages, and the price you are quoted at booking is the price you pay.
| Item | Terms |
|---|---|
| Booking amount | A non-refundable seat-reservation amount, set against your total fee. It is what converts an application into a held seat. |
| Balance | Due before your cohort starts, or on the instalment schedule in your confirmation. |
| Taxes | Published fees are inclusive of GST. We will not add tax on top of the figure you were quoted. Your invoice will show the taxable value and the tax backed out of that total, at the applicable rate. |
| Instalments and EMI | Where offered, instalments are interest-free on the schedule we agree. Bank or NBFC finance is subject to that lender's own approval and terms, and your agreement is with them. |
| Price lock | Early-bird and scholarship pricing is locked when you book and holds for the named cohort. It does not carry to a different cohort if you defer. |
| Missed payments | We will remind you before a due date. Persistent non-payment may pause your access to sessions, recordings and career services until it is settled. |
Fees are paid by bank transfer or UPI to the account named in your enrolment confirmation. We never ask for a card number, CVV, OTP or bank password, and no member of our staff will ever ask you to pay into a personal account. If you are asked for any of those in our name, it is not us — stop and call +91 88826 90841.
A receipt is issued for each payment, and a numbered receipt on final settlement. If you need a tax invoice against a company GSTIN, give us that number at enrolment.
5.Refunds and cancellation
If you cancel, what comes back to you depends on when — because our costs are committed per cohort, and a seat you leave empty cannot be resold once teaching starts.
| When you cancel | Refund of fees paid |
|---|---|
| Before the cohort starts, within 7 days of payment (cooling-off) | 100% of fees paid, less the booking amount. |
| Before the cohort starts, after that 7-day window | Booking amount forfeited; the balance is refunded in full. |
| Within the first 2 weeks of the cohort | Pro-rata refund, less the booking amount and the sessions already delivered. |
| After the first 2 weeks | No refund. We will normally offer a deferral or batch transfer instead — talk to us rather than walking away. |
- Ask for a refund in writing to admissions@neurapath.in from your registered email. The date we receive that email is the date we use.
- Approved refunds are processed within 21 working days, to the original payment method and to the account the payment came from. We cannot refund to a different account.
- Scholarship and bundle discounts are void on partial cancellation — if you drop one programme from a bundle, the remaining one is re-priced at its standalone fee.
- If you cancelled a plan financed by an NBFC or bank, that lender's cancellation terms also apply, and any charges they levy are between you and them.
- If we cancel a programme outright and cannot offer you a suitable alternative cohort, you get a full refund of everything you have paid, including the booking amount.
- Where a learner is removed for the conduct reasons in section 10, no refund is due.
6.Deferral and batch transfer
- One free deferral to a later cohort, if you ask before the programme is 25% complete. Life happens; we would rather move you than lose you.
- Further deferrals, or one requested after that point, are at our discretion and may carry an administrative charge.
- Batch transfers are subject to seat availability in the batch you want.
- A deferral moves your fee to the new cohort. It does not carry an early-bird or scholarship price that was specific to the cohort you left.
- Your enrolment is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.
7.Attendance and participation
- A minimum of 80% live-session attendance is required for certification and for interview eligibility. This is the single rule most likely to catch someone out, so treat it as a real commitment before you enrol.
- Recordings are provided for sessions you miss, and you should use them — but watching a recording does not count towards live attendance. The value of a live cohort is the part you cannot replay.
- Sessions we cancel or reschedule do not count against you.
- Assignment and project deadlines must be met to stay in good standing. Tell your programme manager early if you are struggling; we can almost always help if we know in time.
8.Assessment and certification
- Assessment combines quizzes, graded assignments, phase projects and a final capstone.
- A NeuraPath Academy certificate is awarded on meeting the attendance, project and assessment criteria — it is earned, not issued for turning up.
- Certificates are digital, carry a verifiable ID an employer can check, and are issued after fees are fully settled.
- Your project portfolio is the primary credential. We say this plainly because it is what actually gets read in an interview.
- Our programmes prepare you for external certification exams where we say so. We are not the awarding body for those, and their fees, rules and results are theirs.
- Plagiarism in graded work — including work generated and submitted as your own without disclosure where a task prohibits it — voids the assessment and may end your enrolment.
9.Job guarantee, minimum package assurance and the 50% refund
This section is the whole of the job guarantee. If a claim about a guaranteed job, a minimum package or a refund is made anywhere — an advertisement, a landing page, a brochure or by a person on a phone call — this section is what it means, and nothing said elsewhere adds to it or takes away from it.
For an eligible learner on a covered programme who meets every condition in this section, we guarantee a job at or above the minimum package published for that programme within the placement window below. If you do not have one, we refund 50% of the programme fee you paid.
It is a guarantee with conditions, not a certainty. The conditions are set out in full below rather than summarised, because a guarantee you cannot check is not worth having.
Covered programmes and the minimum package
The guarantee applies only to programmes we designate as covered. The minimum package for each is published before you pay and is restated in your enrolment confirmation — that confirmation is the figure that binds us for your enrolment.
| Covered programme | Minimum package assured |
|---|---|
| Data Analytics with Generative AI | ₹6,00,000 per annum, fixed CTC |
| Other programmes | Covered only where the programme page and your enrolment confirmation both say so, and at the minimum package stated there. Where they do not say so, there is no guarantee on that programme — only the interview and career support in the next section. |
- If you are already employed when you enrol, the assurance is an increase of at least 20% on your CTC at enrolment, or the minimum package above, whichever is higher.
- “Fixed CTC” means guaranteed annual cash compensation. Variable pay, performance bonuses, joining bonuses, stock, retention payments and reimbursements are not counted towards the minimum.
What counts as a qualifying job
We define this rather than leaving it open, because “a job” is exactly the word a dispute turns on.
- A full-time salaried role in India, on the employer’s payroll or on a full-time contract of at least twelve months.
- In a data, analytics, business-intelligence, data-engineering or AI role — the roles the programme trains you for. A role in an unrelated function does not qualify, and taking one ends the guarantee.
- At or above the minimum package for your programme, as fixed CTC.
- Evidenced by a written offer letter. An offer you receive and decline counts as the guarantee being met — we placed you; the decision to take it is yours.
- An internship, apprenticeship, unpaid role, or the post-course internship we provide does not count as a qualifying job, in either direction.
The placement window
- Your window is six months long.
- It starts when you have both completed certification and finished our eight-week career-readiness programme, which you must begin within three months of certification.
- If you delay starting the readiness programme beyond that, the window starts anyway — the clock is not extended by a delay you control.
- We will extend the window for a documented medical emergency or serious personal circumstance, on written request. We would rather extend it than have you lose the guarantee to something that was not your fault.
What you have to do — every one of these
These are not formalities. A guarantee only works if both sides do the work, and the commonest reason a claim fails anywhere in this industry is that the learner stopped turning up. If you are going to struggle with any of it, tell us before you enrol.
- At least 80% live-session attendance (see the attendance section — recordings do not count towards it).
- Every graded assignment, phase project and the capstone completed and passed, including the verification deliverable where your programme has one.
- Fees fully settled, inclusive of GST, before the placement window opens.
- Completion of the eight-week career-readiness programme in full — CV, portfolio, mock interviews and case rounds.
- A graduate degree in hand by the time the readiness programme ends, where the roles you are applying for require one.
- Apply to at least three relevant roles a week during the window, and report that activity to us weekly.
- Attend every interview we arrange, and at least three of them over the window.
- Reply to the placement team within three working days.
- Act on the feedback you are given. Repeatedly ignoring it, interview after interview, ends the guarantee — at that point the thing standing between you and an offer is not something we can fix for you.
What ends the guarantee
- Declining a qualifying offer, or accepting one and not joining.
- Not appearing for an interview we arranged, without telling us in advance.
- Taking a role outside the qualifying roles above.
- Plagiarism or misrepresentation — in graded work, on your CV, or in an interview. This one is absolute.
- Going unreachable for more than 15 consecutive days during the window.
- Breach of the conduct section.
How to claim the refund
- Email admissions@neurapath.in with the subject “Guarantee refund claim”, within 21 days of your placement window ending. A claim made after that cannot be processed.
- Include your weekly application records for the window and the outcome of each interview we arranged. We hold our own records of both and will reconcile them with yours.
- We respond with a written decision within 15 working days. If we decline, the decision says which condition was not met and what our records show, so you can contest it on facts.
- An approved refund is 50% of the programme fee you actually paid, net of GST already remitted to the government where it cannot be recovered, paid to the bank account that paid us, within 30 working days of the decision.
- If you disagree with the decision, the grievance route at the end of this document is open to you.
We do not employ you — an employer does. What we control is the preparation, the introductions and the interviews. This guarantee is our commitment that if all of that plus your own work does not produce a qualifying job, we carry part of the cost rather than keeping all of your fee.
Salary figures published anywhere else are market data, not promises. The only number we are bound by is the minimum package above.
10.Interviews, internship and career support
This section applies to every learner, on a covered programme or not. It is the support itself; the guarantee in the previous section is what happens if the support does not get you there.
NeuraPath Academy provides assured job interviews through our hiring-partner network, and a post-course internship working on real-world problems and case studies, for learners who meet the eligibility criteria below.
The final hiring decision is the employer’s and depends on your own performance in those interviews. Outside the job guarantee above, we do not promise a specific job, a specific employer or a specific salary — and nobody at this academy is authorised to offer you terms that differ from this document.
Eligibility for the above
- At least 80% live-session attendance.
- All capstone and phase projects completed and passed.
- Active participation in career services — attending mock interviews, acting on portfolio feedback, and turning up to interviews we arrange. Declining introductions or missing scheduled interviews without notice ends this support.
- Fees fully settled.
What career support includes
- CV, LinkedIn and GitHub reviews and rebuilds; mock interviews; salary-negotiation guidance.
- Introductions and referrals to companies in our hiring network.
- Lifetime career support — alumni may come back for help with a future move.
- Any salary figures we publish anywhere are indicative market data, not a guarantee or a forecast of what you will earn.
11.Course content, and how to behave
Our content is licensed to you, not sold
- Recordings, slides, notebooks, datasets, assignments and assessments remain our intellectual property. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning, for as long as you have access to your programme.
- You may not share, download and redistribute, resell, publish or upload them anywhere, and you may not share your portal login. Session recordings contain your classmates — passing one on is a breach of their privacy as well as our terms.
- Your projects and code are yours. Use them in your portfolio, publish them, take them to interviews. We will ask separately before using your work or a testimonial in our marketing, and you can say no.
Code of conduct
- Be professional and respectful towards classmates, mentors and staff. Small cohorts only work if everyone in them is bearable.
- No harassment, discrimination, or disruption of sessions.
- No sharing of paid content or accounts; no plagiarism in graded work.
- Serious or repeated breaches may lead to removal from the programme without refund. We will put our reasons in writing and hear your side first.
12.Disclaimers and limits on liability
We deliver our programmes with reasonable skill and care, using competent practising instructors. What we cannot do is guarantee an outcome that depends on you and on a job market neither of us controls.
- Teaching material is educational. It is not professional, legal, financial or career advice, and decisions you take on the strength of it are yours.
- We are not liable for interruptions caused by things outside our control — your internet, a power cut, or an outage at a platform we depend on. We will make up materially affected sessions.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss: lost earnings, a job you did not get, or an opportunity you missed.
- Our total liability to you, on any basis, is limited to the fees you have actually paid us for the programme concerned.
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top tells you which version is current, and the version in force for your enrolment is the one published when you enrolled — we will not apply a later, worse term to a fee you have already paid.
Where a change materially affects an enrolled learner, we will email the cohort rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
14.Grievances, governing law and contact
If something is wrong
- Raise it with your programme manager first — most things are a misunderstanding and are fixed the same week.
- If that does not resolve it, it escalates to the academy head within 7 working days.
- In writing, to admissions@neurapath.in or the registered office below. Data-protection complaints go to the Grievance Officer named in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi — where the company is registered — have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. We will both try in good faith to settle a dispute by discussion before either of us goes near a court.
