# FDE Professional commercial leadership lab

Run `python 11-Blog-Programme/labs/fde-pro-leadership/leadership_cases.py` from the repository root. The verifier executes twenty deterministic cases for statements of work, value trees, exception economics, discovery conflicts, scope changes, technical diligence, uncertain investments, failed pilots, risk ownership, executive demos, handover boundaries, adoption, product feedback, customization burden, stop decisions, blameless review, programme evaluation, architecture interviews, anonymized portfolios and capstone defence.

Every company, stakeholder, delivery result, cost, risk, score and project is authored or fictional. No client discovery, contract, investment recommendation, hiring assessment, programme admission, external portfolio, legal approval or production incident occurs. The exercises evaluate the structure and logic of artifacts without claiming commercial or career outcomes.

The verifier must pass all 20 checks and save `leadership-verification.json`. Commercial, client, legal, mentor and editorial review remains pending.
