# FDE fresher delivery and portfolio lab

Run `python 11-Blog-Programme/labs/fde-delivery/delivery_cases.py` from the repository root. The lab executes twenty deterministic checks for readiness, project choice, discovery, acceptance, scope, stakeholders, estimate ranges, risk communication, baselines, demos, changes, updates, decisions, UAT, portfolio evidence, interviews, roleplay, pathway choice, failure reporting and learning roadmaps.

Every client, stakeholder, project measurement, score and outcome is fictional or authored. No client contact, admission decision, production system, cloud deployment or external project executes. The cases assess documents and logic without claiming work experience or employability.

The verifier must pass all 20 checks and save `delivery-verification.json`. Mentor, client-simulation and editorial review remains pending.
